Oh,
Bijou the Beautiful... There are no words to describe how
epic this course really is. Located on the California side
of South Lake Tahoe at around the 6000 foot elevation mark
(bring your more beat-up, lighter-weight discs). Bijou is
home to unbelievable views, trees, and terrain. Just walking
through the park is a joy all its own.
There are many alternates for all 27 holes, which provide
variations and short reachable holes, but usually the holes
require 400 foot crushes through and/or over tall pine trees.
The park itself is also cool; you can find a skate park,
bathrooms, gazebos, bike trails, basketball, horseshoe pits,
and exercise stations.
